Founded in February 2001, "Gladz" is the oldest active clan in RuneScape. We consider ourselves an expansive online community--one which transcends strictly in-game activities. We offer a variety of opportunities for members of the clan to interact and develop meaningful friendships. With our large community, relaxed attitude, and variety of events, we work to make our members' RuneScape experience more enjoyable.

Gladz is, first and foremost, a family. We genuinely care about our members as people, and we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where members can find and build meaningful friendships. All members are expected to treat each other with common decency.

• Inclusivity

We embrace diversity. Having had thousands of members from all backgrounds add to our clan's culture has made for a rich and rewarding experience. Therefore, we do not tolerate toxicity, discrimination or bigotry of any kind.

• Trust

The leadership of the clan is focused on improving the experience for our members. Our leaders take very seriously the responsibility to behave and moderate in an appropriate manner. The leadership does its best to be transparent in its goals and actions. Through continual interaction with the clan, the leadership aims to connect and communicate with all members on both a broad and personal scale.

• Empowerment

We have a team system which exists as an avenue through which any member may have a role in the day-to-day running of the clan. We work to ensure that members who are engaged and motivated find outlets for their talents.
